GENERAL INFORMATION

  • All orders are shipped within 48 hours starting from the order confirmation date. This may vary during sales seasons. If for any reason this was not possible, you will be notified by our Customer Service team and you will be given an estimated shipping date.
  • Important note* : Remember that delivery times may be affected in times of high volume (such as Black friday, Christmas ..)
  • Brivizo S.L. ships worldwide. Below you will find further details on shipping costs for every shipping country.
  • If you want to change the delivery address once your order has been placed, it is very important that you contact us immediately. Once your order has been dispatched, we will not be able to modify your shipping information for that specific order.
  • Any change of shipping address after your order has been shipped will have an additional shipping fee equivalent to the shipment cost for any given country.
  • For all orders shipped to Spain, the selected courier in charge of the transportation and delivery of your order is Envialia. Should you have any comments, questions or suggestions, you can contact their help desk on the following telephone number: +34 902 23 27 27.
  • For international orders, orders are passed through to international courier companies who take care of air transportation.
  • We are not able to ship to PO Boxes.
  • As soon as your order is dispatched, we will send you a confirmation email from which you will be able to track your order. In the event that you are not at the shipping address upon delivery, the courier company will contact you in order to reschedule a second delivery attempt at your convenience.
